Created by the legendary team behind Flat Iron and Picanhas', The Lasagna Factory is designed to evoke the charm of a second-generation Italian eatery in New York City. Think family-sized portion options perfect for group sharing, complete with classic red and white checkered tablecloths.

At The Lasagna Factory, we promise always bold flavors—never bland—serving old-school homemade Italian dishes at reasonable prices. Our homemade, fresh tomato sauce is made from real Italian tomatoes and boldly flavored with fresh herbs and spices. Enjoy our hand-made, spicy meatballs the size of apples.

Whether you’re diving into a big bowl of lasagna or enjoying good company, we’re here to revive the warm, welcoming spirit of Hollywood Road, making it a place where memories are made over great food.

The Lasagna Factory represents the trend towards more unpretentious, family style dining - where tasty food, good wine and a great atmosphere at affordable prices blend to create a charming and inviting neighbourhood hangout.

Set in a striking two-storied venue, formerly a meat storage warehouse, the rustic 4,000 square-foot restaurant and bar, with its simple yet fun interiors, can cater up to 200 seated guests, ~70 in the downstairs dining room & bar, ~50 in the private dining room and another 80 upstairs for truly intimate or open events.

We can help recommend trusted suppliers such as florists, AV technicians, photographers and more. Alternatively, any equipment, decorations, and or cakes you need can be hired by us on your behalf. We use reputable companies.
